Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Please note: Twirl and Tote does not issue refunds on any product. We only offer size exchanges on footwear within 24 hours.

Bags

All bags are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Once purchased, bags cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Exception: Bags with manufacturing defects or damages are eligible for exchange
(subject to verification with an unboxing video).

Footwear

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues and must meet the following conditions:

2. Unboxing Video: Must clearly show:

Opening of the package
Footwear from all angles (front, back, and sole)

3. Condition of Product: Footwear must be:

Unused and unworn
All tags intact
In original packaging

Charges:

● Return Pickup: ₹299
Re-delivery (Exchange): ₹299
(Both charges apply for an exchange. You may also arrange your own courier for
pickup and delivery.

Note: No exchanges will be processed without the required unboxing video and timely
request.
