EXCHANGE POLICY

At Twirl and Tote, we take great care to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.ย 
Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Bags

โ— All bags are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
โ— Once purchased, bags cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
โ— Exception: Bags with manufacturing defects or damages will be eligible for an
exchange (subject to verification with an unboxing video).

Footwear

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues and must meet the following conditions:
โ— Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order by email at
info@twirlandtote.com or WhatsApp at +91 8591902959.
โ— The unboxing video must clearly show the opening of the package and the footwear
from all angles (front, back, and sole).
โ— The footwear must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original
packaging.
โ— Return Pickup: โ‚น299
โ— Re-delivery (Exchange): โ‚น299
(Both charges apply in case of an exchange. If you prefer, you may arrange your ownย 
courier service for pickup and delivery.)
No exchanges will be processed without the required unboxing video and a timely request.

Sale Items & Customized Orders

โ—ย Products purchased during the Big Billion Sale are non-exchangeable. Please
confirm your size before placing an order, or connect with our team to assist you withย sizing or product images.
โ— Discounted products and customized orders are strictly non-returnable and
non-exchangeable.

Damages & Issues

โ— Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
โ— In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours withย your unboxing video so we can assist you with a replacement.
