We have a 3-DAY Return/Exchange Policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
Every Return/Exchange is subject to Rs 299 as return delivery or re shipment charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and 5 minimum pictures and 2 videos to be shared.

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with store credits provided.Β

Returns: We happily accept returns/exchanges for unworn items in brand-new condition within 3 days of receiving your order, providing Store Credits.
Refunds: T&T DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
Sale Items: All Sale items are not eligible for a Return/Exchange in any case.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your product once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you through a replacement.
